Basic responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls;
• Confirmation of reservations;
• Providing information about services;
• Giving instructions about the rooms;
• Dealing with guest complaints;
• Handling all paperwork related to reception duties.
• Physical fitness and ability for the employee to efficiently move around the work space;
• Fulfilling legal requirements for work, including health-related requirements,
safety at work and sanitary conditions;
• High level of personal hygiene;
• Skills in dealing with objections;
• Willingness to work nights, holidays and weekends.
